Internal Practitioners

Guild Leaders: Amritha Nathan, Julie Rubinstein

Purpose: We create generative spaces for internal consultants within the MSOD community to stretch our thinking for what is possible now and in the future within our respective organizations, share our challenges and best practices, and deepen our mastery as OD consultants.

External Practitioners

Guild Leaders: Erin Bric, Sara B. McNamara

Purpose: The EPG provides support, community, skill-building, community, and best practices for external OD practitioners and those who want to build an external practice.

The connection, development and inspiration that are a hallmark of engaging in the MSOD program are able to continue long past graduation from the program through the alumni community. All alumni are welcome and encouraged to engage in our digital community spaces to nourish existing relationships and build new ones.

Join the New MSOD Collective: A Place to Stay Connected

The MSOD Collective is an alumni-led, ad-free, email-based community of practice where MSOD students and alumni share ideas, exchange knowledge, and support one another.

Stay connected through our alumni events calendar - a central place to find opportunities for learning, connection, and community across the MSOD network.
